Quick fixes for common issues.
Camera won't connect to Wi-Fi
- 1.Make sure you're using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz
- 2.Move the camera closer to your router
- 3.Restart your router and try again
- 4.Check that your Wi-Fi password is correct
Video is blurry or laggy
- 1.Check your internet connection speed (min 2 Mbps)
- 2.Move the camera closer to your router
- 3.Clear the camera lens with a soft cloth
- 4.Restart the camera by unplugging for 10 seconds
Two-way audio not working
- 1.Check that microphone permissions are enabled in the app
- 2.Make sure your phone isn't on silent mode
- 3.Try closing and reopening the app
- 4.Check that the camera speaker isn't blocked
Camera keeps disconnecting
- 1.Ensure the power cable is securely connected
- 2.Try a different power outlet
- 3.Check for Wi-Fi interference from other devices
