Camera won't connect to Wi-Fi

  • 1.Make sure you're using 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz
  • 2.Move the camera closer to your router
  • 3.Restart your router and try again
  • 4.Check that your Wi-Fi password is correct

Video is blurry or laggy

  • 1.Check your internet connection speed (min 2 Mbps)
  • 2.Move the camera closer to your router
  • 3.Clear the camera lens with a soft cloth
  • 4.Restart the camera by unplugging for 10 seconds

Two-way audio not working

  • 1.Check that microphone permissions are enabled in the app
  • 2.Make sure your phone isn't on silent mode
  • 3.Try closing and reopening the app
  • 4.Check that the camera speaker isn't blocked

Camera keeps disconnecting

  • 1.Ensure the power cable is securely connected
  • 2.Try a different power outlet
