By accessing or using PetView products, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use PetView products and services for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transferring the materials to another person or entity
Product Use and Limitations
Intended Use
PetView cameras are designed for indoor use to monitor pets. The product is intended for:
- Medium to large pets (dogs 25–90 lbs, height >14 inches)
- Indoor monitoring within Wi-Fi range
- Personal, non-commercial use
Not suitable for: Small pets (cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds), outdoor use, or commercial surveillance purposes.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use PetView products in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
- Respect the privacy of others when using the service
Payment and Billing
When you make a purchase through PetView:
- You agree to provide accurate payment information
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the purchase
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Refunds are subject to our return policy (see Shipping & Returns)
Warranty and Disclaimers
Limited Warranty
PetView products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The service is free of viruses or other harmful components
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PetView products and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by PetView and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PetView operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
